Columbia Mall Gift Cards couldn’t be easier!  Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $20 to $500 and are accepted at all mall stores* accepting the Discover Card.  You can use your  balance in one store, or multiple stores - just keep track of your available balance to help make your transaction easier.  Gift cards can be purchased with Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or business/corporate check at the mall office during business hours Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.   
An activiation of $1.50 applies to each Columbia Mall card sold

Tips for Using Your Columbia Mall Gift Card
 
1.  Know your balance!  You'll need to tell the store associate your available balance so you card can be processed correctly.  This can be done by:
  • Calling the toll free number on the back of your gift card (800) 798-4099 - a $0.25 service fee per call may apply.
  • Visit www.mymallgiftcard.com to check your balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
2.  Use your Columbia Mall Gift Card wherever Discover cards are accepted*. 
 
3.  Use your Columbia Mall Gift Card within twelve months of the purchase date.
 
4.  Again, know your balance.  Your gift card purchase will be rejected if the sale is processed for more than your card balance.  If your card balance is not enough to cover your purchase, ask the sales associate to process it as a split-tender sale, processing the alternate method of payment first, and your gift card last. 
 
5.  If a return is necessary, have the store follow their return policy.  It is recommended you hang on to your gift card in the event that a return is required.  A return to the card will take 2-3 business days. 
 
Record the gift card number in a separate location from the card itself, you will need this in case it the card is lost or stolen.

Select the “credit” button when making a purchase.  The card will not process correctly if the cardholder presses “debit” button.


Note:  Your gift card transaction will be rejected if the transaction is more than the card balance.  If the gift card balance is not enough to cover the full amount of the purchase, ask the sales associate to split the transaction between the remaining gift card balance and another form of payment.

To include a tip, simply add the amount to the receipt and it will be added to the amount deducted from your card.  Be sure the card balance is enough to cover the full amount of your purchase and the tip expense.

In certain circumstances, fees may apply.  For further details regarding your gift card, be sure to read the Gift Card Agreement that was provided with the purchase of the card.
 
Cards are subject to a fee of $3.00/mo. after the 12th month of dormancy.  The card and its underlying funds expire on the valid thru date.
